The person who I looked up to in life was my Dad and a one time I thought I had the best family but one day it all changed. My sister and my mom were talking in my Moms room. I tried to hear what they were saying but they were whispering and I could hear only a couple words that they were saying.
Later that day my Mom left with my sister and they came back to our house about two hours later. When they got back I saw my Mom crying and then I said “mom what’s wrong”, she told me oh nothing. So I left her alone for a while. During her time of crying my Dad was working out in the oil rigs in the ocean. I always looked up to my Dad until the day my Mom started crying. Then an hour past and my Mom came to my room and said we need to talk. So then she told me your Dad is cheating on me and I thought she had to be joking but she wasn’t. My sister told me she was telling the truth. After what my sister said I wanted to cry so bad but I never really cry. My Mom also told me that my Dad had a drug problem but there was no way I was going to believe that until she picked up my Dads gym bag which was in my Dads closet and she showed me some white stuff in her hand. I looked at it and I knew it was cocaine. At that time I just felt terrible and didn’t want to even talk to my Dad. I knew cocaine was a bad drug and I thought my Dad would never do any drugs let alone cocaine.My Dad came home the next day and my Mom had already packed his things. She threw all his stuff on the front porch. My Dad pulled up in his truck with his work clothes still on. My Dad saw all of his things on the front porch, he was confused so my Mom went outside and told him what she knew. After my Dad and her talked he left but before he did he asked me if I wanted to go with him and I said “hell no “ after what I had heard I didn’t even want to see him ever again.
I know how it feels when the person you look up to lets you down. It’s not a good feeling at all. I didn’t talk to my Dad for months it hurt me not to see him but I was so angry I just couldn’t be around him. Now days me and my Dad are real close.

On February 12 2008 there was a murder at E.O. green middle school. Brandon Mcinery an 8th grader at E.O. green decided to bring a gun to school and shoot another student named Larry King a 13 year old who was gay and harassed Brandon. Even though Brandon might have planned bringing the gun he was so raged he didn’t think things through. So in my opinion Brandon should be tried in juvenile court.
Brandon doesn’t have a fully developed brain at the age of 14. He didn’t make an adult crime he was just being immature about the situation. So he had to do something for what Larry did to him on the basketball court and getting a gun was probably how his family solved their problems. Brandon is 14 and there should be no reason that a person that age should go to prison for a murder like that.
I think Brandon should get out at age 25. He can definitely change his life if he gets out at that age. If Brandon should get 53 to life he would only be even a more dangerous person because he would probably join a gang in prison and kill more people.
Justice for Larry and his family would be Brandon getting a 53 to life sentence. Justice for Brandon`s family would be getting seven more years so he could get out at age 25. Larry just kept on harassing him and Brandon being only 14 wasn’t thinking and just made a bad decision. Brandon should get out at age 25 so he can get a second chance.

Brandon had a rough background with his parents using drugs and his Dad shooting his Mom. Susan Sontag says photography limits our understanding of the world. Photography has definitely changed our world to what it is today. Susan says that a photo hides more than it discloses but I disagree with what she said completely. In my opinion I think images help us understand and make things more clear. Susan may be right about some things she said about photography. Susan is right about there might be some image junkies but not all people are. Photos don’t show what happened before the picture or after the picture and that’s another reason why Susan probably doesn’t think photography helps us understand the world, it makes us understand the world less.
Photography is an art form, it increases appreciation to the world. Photography to me gives me a better understanding then text. Photography helps you see things when you try to image something in your head and it’s just flat.
Photography can give better understanding for certain situations like World War 1, World War 2, and Vietnam. Photography can also be a good memory of someone or something. Photography has told us a lot in history there are many photos about our accomplishments in the past and will have some photos about accomplishments in the future.

Are chemicals everything?
There should be no argument that chemicals are not a big reason we fill the way that we do. Chemicals make us feel love, trust, sadness, happiness, etc. Chemicals do not make the whole universe though there are other factors like religion, spirituality and having children. I believe chemicals are a big part of the universe but not all of it. Testosterone and estrogen play a big part in romance. For men testosterone gives us our sex drive but for women its estrogen. Dopamine is a chemical that makes people feel like there on top of the world, a good feeling. Another chemical is oxytocin which gives you a well being feeling. A man offers a woman that she is safe and in good hands. A man offers how strong he is and will take care of her. A woman offers a man fertility. She also offers him safe babies. A woman is looking for the strong broad shoulders and strong jaw line in a man. A man is looking for a woman with nice curves and fertility. Love is when two individuals create a bond within each other. Love is an important role in our life. When you feel love, you feel like you don’t want to do anything else but be with the one you love and when you’re not with them your missing them the whole time. You might not be able to describe love but you could definitely know when you feel it. Chemicals play a big part in our life’s. My one thing The one thing that I choose to talk about in this essay is my MVP trophy when I played vyba basketball when I was in 7th grade. I had a lot of things I could of choose for this essay is but I choose my trophy as my one thing. I got the trophy four years ago but it still means a lot to me. This was a great accomplishment for me.
My trophy will always be in a showcase at my house. This trophy gets handed out to the player who did the overall best in games in the whole league. There were sixteen teams and ten players on each team. So I just worked really hard for the trophy and had a great team behind me.
This trophy is important to me because the MVP trophy means I worked harder than 159 other players in the league. It was also only my second year of playing basketball. That year me and my team made it all the way to the championship undefeated. The team we were up against was also undefeated so it was bound to be a good game. We ended up winning though by five points. The game came down to the last minutes of the 4th quarter. That game I scored 28 points I was on fire.
The reason why I picked this item is simply because it will tell me how hard I worked that year in basketball. The trophy I got was over three feet so when you go in my room you will know where it is its not hard to miss. I will never never forget the day i received the trophy.
Traditional or Modern Traditional or modern marriage which is better? I think modern marriage would have the upper hand. Most marriages are modern though it probably isn’t working now days. I still think a modern marriage though would be best.
For traditional marriage it would probably be easier because you don’t have to search for your significant other. Parents most of the time know what you want, so they would probably pick the right man or woman. In modern marriages now days the percentage of divorce in the U.S. is 50 %. Also in traditional you would get a person who has the same income and have similar things with you.
For modern marriage you wouldn’t have to hope your parents picked the right person for you. You may have dumb parents that have no clue what you want in a person and they may choose someone that it just won’t work with. Also with modern marriage there is also more compassion between the two of you. You also have the freedom to choose whoever you want instead of your parents picking.
